I've never been as pleased with a first aid product.

I have a four year old endurance horse that lacerated his hind leg a few inches below the hock. Due to the nature of the injury, our vet told us that he would not be able to stitch the two inch laceration. I cringed at the thought of scarring, so my vet butterfly taped the wound until I purchased your EMT Gel.

We began applying EMT Gel within 12 hours of when the injury occurred. Within three days of what we anticipated would be a slow-healing wound leaving obvious scarring, the wound was closing as neatly as if it had been stitched. After only five days, healthy new skin cells had covered the affected area, and there was no sign of infection, proud flesh formation, or uneven healing. The wound was 80-90% healed after three weeks, and there was complete closure by four weeks. The hair grew back in the same pattern over the wound, and the wound was not noticeable six weeks after the injury occurred.

We applied EMT Gel once a day for the first week and every two to three days after that. The protective barrier that EMT Gel formed over the cut was a miracle. My Arabian loves to roll and sleep lying down, regardless if he is on stall rest or active in the pasture. We only bandaged the wound for a few days because once we saw that the EMT Gel kept dirt and debris from getting into the wound by forming the protective barrier, we stopped putting a bandage over the wound. The barrier even kept flies from getting to the wound.

Thank you for such a terrific product. I've never been as pleased with a first aid product. My vet and my endurance friends will continue to hear me rave about EMT Gel, and I plan to purchase tubes of the product as completion prizes for the next endurance ride I manage.
